He is a founding partner at Specialist VC, a leading VC firm covering the Baltics and beyond. 3 generations of portfolios managed by Specialist VC include more than 40 companies, including 2 unicorns. Riivo is also one of the founders of Civitta, the largest independent management consulting company in Emerging Europe operating in close to 20 countries with 700 of staff. Riivo was one of the initiative group members behind United Delivery Mission. United Delivery Mission is a NGO supporting Ukrainian defenders with vehicles and tactical gear. They have delivered more than 100 cars and continue till Ukraine is free again.
