Marathon for the New Now

What is your idea for the future of the city after the Covid-19 pandemic?

Suggest a contribution for the grand finale of Berlin questions: the Marathon for the New Now on 14 August. On the closing day of the conference anyone is invited to present their work or ideas around the theme of this year’s edition, Metropolis: The New Now, which explores the future of the city after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Marathon is a dense programme of continuous five-minute presentations by international experts, students, artists and entrepreneurs. All you need to participate is relentless enthusiasm and a live or video contribution on a topic relating to life in the city, in the immediate present and in the future: questions, ideas, statements or performances are all welcome.

In person at Floating University, remote live via video-presentation or in a pre-recorded video. Within a five-minute time-limit anything goes: short talks, pitches, poems, short films, dance performances and any other format you can think of. Contributions should be in English, with subtitles or intelligible for all.
